Our Sending Organization has a well experienced staff with Higher communication skills of Japanese, English & Sinhala.
Both Supervising Organizations & Intern Trainees find it is much easier to work with such a capable staff as We highly concern about the satisfaction of our customers.
We take the full responsibility of sending qualified Technical intern Trainees to Japan. After the selection of Trainees, we strictly train them under Both Japanese & Local instructors in our Training Facility. Their training will include from Basic Japanese manners to the Disposal of Garbage & relevant job category trainings. Our Trainees have higher communication skills of Japanese Language as we specially conduct speaking lessons for them.
Even after the dispatch of trainees to Japan, we will not leave our trainees to be alone in Japan. We have our staffs in Japan to take care of the trainees in the training period.
